ReceptionGrid provides human-led AI communications infrastructure, including AI reception, missed-call recovery, CRM automation, sales follow-up, support workflows, telecom coordination, business internet workflows, managed Wi-Fi intake, and mobile/eSIM intake.
AI outputs may include summaries, suggested replies, lead scores, workflow recommendations, and draft customer communications. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving customer-facing scripts, regulated messaging, pricing, contracts, billing actions, legal terms, and compliance-sensitive decisions.
ReceptionGrid does not guarantee a specific revenue result, close rate, appointment volume, carrier availability, internet installation date, or third-party platform performance.
Customers must provide accurate business information, maintain lawful consent practices, honor applicable call/SMS rules, and avoid using ReceptionGrid for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or non-consensual communications.
Fees, setup charges, subscriptions, usage charges, refunds, cancellation terms, and service-specific terms are governed by the approved proposal, order form, payment link, or written agreement.
